The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Patient Info Line
The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Patient Information Line (Info Line) is part of an ongoing effort to provide patients and visitors with practical information and support in real time. Call the Info Line at: 416-946-4559 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, to speak to an Information Specialist.
The Cancer Journey Guide Book and Planner can help you from cancer diagnosis to treatment and beyond. Pick up a print copy in your clinic or from the Princess Margaret Patient and Family Library. Other ways to get the Cancer Journey resources:
Learn about cancer when you are ready with free self-directed online classes. You can log in to Cancer Classes Online anytime, anywhere and learn at your own pace. Share your learning with friends and family.
Do you have questions about cancer? The Princess Margaret has an online search tool called "Cancer Answers" to help you find trusted information.
The Cancer Journey Guide Book and Planner can help you from diagnosis to treatment and beyond. Pick up a copy in your clinic or from the Princess Margaret Patient and Family Library. You can also get the Cancer Journey Guide Book and Planner online and with the PM Cancer Journey app.
The Princess Margaret Patient and Family Library is closed until further notice. You can continue to access library resources by email and phone.
Satellite Libraries are branches of the Princess Margaret Patient and Family Library that contain patient education information brochures. You will find Satellite Libraries in clinics throughout the Cancer Centre.
An online catalogue of all of the Patient & Family Learning Centres lending materials can be found online. You can browse titles, or search by subject, author, title or keyword.
The Princess Margaret offers a variety of classes that give patients, friends and families support and guidance at diagnosis, during treatment and after treatment.
Note: In-person patient education classes and events at Princess Margaret are not being offered at this time. Many classes are available online. There are two types of online classes that you can take at this time: live classes led by an instructor, and self-directed classes that you complete at your own pace. For all online classes, you will need a device with internet (like a computer, smartphone or tablet).
Attend a wide range of free virtual classes led by an instructor. You may need to register in advance for these classes.
