Getting Cancer Care at the Princess Margaret​​

You need a referral from your doctor to become a patient at a University Health Network (UHN) hospital. UHN hospitals include Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital and the five sites of Toronto Rehab. Yo​ur doctor will refer you to a specialized clinic or to a doctor directly.

Planning​ Your Care​

Princess Margaret Cancer Centre offers many resources and tools to help you navigate ​​cancer care with your fa​​mily, caregivers and care team.

You will still get cancer treatment if you test positive for COVID-19.
If you have symptoms, were exposed, or tested positive for COVID-19:
  • Phone your clinic and tell your healthcare team right away
  • Do not come to the cancer centre until your healthcare team has a plan for you
  • Your healthcare team will plan care that is safe for you and them
