In collaboration with Princess Margaret Cancer Centre dietitians, the Cancer Education Program has developed a food safety video series to help people with weakened immune systems reduce their risk of getting food poisoning.

The videos offer useful tips and instructions on how to:

  • Shop for and choose food safely
  • Handle and store foods properly
  • Cook foods safely
  • Maintain a clean kitchen workspace when preparing foods
