UHN is committed to promoting professional development and assisting staff in their efforts to advance their education through sponsorship of education activities/supports and reimbursement of tuition costs. The funding is allocated to the disciplines based on the number of full-time equivalent staff, and will allow practice leaders to direct funds to priority endeavors within their profession to maximize patient care.
