Taking Care of Myself and My Patients Workshop is designed to educate participants on recognizing mental health and wellness triggers as well as provide tools to address and manage mental health in the workplace. Interactive discussions and activities are embedded throughout the workshop to help participants improve their overall wellness. This workshop is designed for all healthcare professionals working within a healthcare environment.
