Our Services

Ordering Your Prescription Refills

For your convenience, we offer two simple ways to order your prescription refills, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. By Phone

Our automated TeleFill™ system allows you to refill your prescription(s) using the touch-tone keypad on your phone.

Call 416 340 4415 and select option 2

2. Online

WebFill-Rx™ allows you to order your prescription refill(s) online. Please follow the link below to be directed to our secure site:

To avoid interruption of your medication therapy, we recommend ordering your prescription refill(s) when you have a 10 – 14 day supply remaining.

When ordering your prescription refills, please ensure you have the following information ready:

Monday – Friday
8:30 am – 4:30 pm
