Our Services

Home Delivery Program

To enrol in our free Home Delivery Program, please contact us at 416 340 4415 to schedule an appointment for a MedsCheck consultation with one of our transplant pharmacists. This will allow us to review your medication regimen and synchronize your prescription refills so that we are able to process your delivery order in a safe and timely manner.
