The ocular oncology team includes highly specialized ophthalmologists in the field of ophthalmic oncology. The ocular oncology team works closely with UHN-based radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, pathologists, cytologists, geneticists, and paediatric ophthalmologists.
The ocular oncology service is supported by a host of specialty-trained personnel. The specialty-trained personnel includes specialized registered nurses, ophthalmic photographers, ocular prosthetics specialists, radiation physicists, social workers, and ophthalmic technicians.
