The Melanoma & Skin Oncology Clinic is dedicated to managing skin cancers. At the Melanoma & Skin Oncology Clinic, cancer experts on your team work to ensure you get the best care possible.

How to Get Referred

You need a referral from your doctor to become a patient at the Melanoma and Skin Oncology Clinic.

When making a referral, your doctor will include:
  • A letter of referral
  • Clinical notes
  • Pathology Reports
  • Tests, x-rays, imaging and any other relevant results
How Long Does a Referral Take?

Usually the doctor who referred you to the Melanoma and Skin Oncology Clinic will contact you with your appointment time. Call the doctor’s office if you do not receive information about your appointment within a few weeks.
