University Health Network is a health care and medical research organization in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The scope of research and complexity of cases at UHN has made us a national and international source for discovery, education and patient care.
Our 10 medical programs are spread across eight hospital sites – Princess Margaret, Toronto General, Toronto Rehab’s five sites, Toronto Western – as well as our education programs through the Michener Institute of Education at UHN. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone this Symposium due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Organization Committee will refund any registration fees, but it is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including cancellation charges assessed by airlines/travel agencies.
A refund, minus a $250.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email to
email@example.com on or before April 25, 2018. No refunds will be issued after April 25, 2018. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference. However, the registration may be transferred to another person, at no extra charge. Please inform if you plan to send a deputy.
