Online TIME™ at Home

Flexible Enrollment

To register, visit MS Canada's website or call the MS navigators at 1 844 859 6789. Sessions span the length of a season (ie. Fall session is from September to December). Participants can join this program from anywhere in Canada.

Note: Priority will be given to people with multiple sclerosis, but others are welcome to register.

To register, email Toronto Grace Remote Care Monitoring (RCM) at RCMplus@torontograce.org with the subject line "TIME at HOME".

If you are a referring clinician, complete the RCM referral form and indicate "TIME™ at HOME" in the reason for referral.

Sessions run for 6 weeks and registration for the next session is accepted at any time

Note: Participants must qualify for falls/emergency alert pendant through RCM. Email the above contact for details. You can learn more about the RCM program and eligibility from this information sheet
