Providing education and professional development to health care professionals is vital to ensuring that we meet the health care needs of Canadians in the future.

The Medical Oncology Division of the University of Toronto is the largest of the accredited Canadian medical oncology training programs, offering a wide variety of fellowship programs and opportunities.

The Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology is dedicated to providing meaningful educational experiences to undergraduate and graduate students, residents, fellows and visitors from around the world who wish to undertake training in both medical oncology and oncology-related hematology.

As a fully affiliated teaching hospital of the University of Toronto, Princess Margaret has many staff who are faculty members at the Department of Medicine, the Division of Medical Oncology and the Division of Hematology.

The Princess Margaret Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology fosters a culture of ongoing learning by developing courses on emerging best practices, novel therapeutic approaches and models of care. We highlight these innovations in weekly oncology rounds and monthly general internal medicine teaching sessions on a range of topics pertaining to our inter-professional site groups.
