Cancer Experience Program, Proud Member of UHN

Patients and their caregivers at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (PM) and the University Health Network (UHN) receive world-class treatment of their disease. Patients and caregivers deserve equally outstanding attention to their personal experience across the journey of care.

The UHN Cancer Experience Program:

  • Addresses the need for cancer care that is not only medically rigorous, but also empathic, inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible for all
  • Aims to infuse comfort and confidence into every interaction to support the wellbeing of patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and trainees
  • Ensures that essential information and guidance is available to patients and caregivers as they navigate through the complex system of care
