For more information, visit the Medical Education office on the ground floor of Toronto General Hospital (Elizabeth St. entrance).

Staff Lounge and Locker Room

You can use the Staff Lounge and Locker Room on the Palliative Care Unit. Please ask Arianne Lopez-Rizza di Sardi for the code to the rooms.

Absences

Notify Arianne Lopez-Rizza di Sardi at 416 946 4501 ext. 4270 or Arianne.Lopez@uhn.ca if you are unexpectedly away or ill; she will inform the appropriate staff members.
Add your name and pager number to the white board in the medication room on 16P and also to the PMH Palliative Care sign-out list in EPR if on consults.
