The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre clinical practice guidelines document the sequential management decisions in the care of cancer patients at The Princess Margaret. They have been developed by multidisciplinary teams, reflective of current evidence-based practice. As a result of the introduction of continuous new evidence in the fight against cancer, these guidelines are iterative and updated annually. The intent of the Princess Margaret clinical practice guidelines is to provide information to referring institutions, regional and global partners, and to assist in decision-making processes of individuals comprising multidisciplinary care teams.
