About Global Science Communication

Global Science Communication is a comprehensive, interactive and asynchronous online course for scientists and clinicians worldwide. This course equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Participants will:

  • Explore science communication foundations and advanced strategies
  • Learn from global experts
  • Measure impact with science communication evaluation

Course Content

Fundamentals of science communication: principles and practices

This unit provides an overview of science communication, its benefits and how trust and health literacy affect it.

Advanced strategies for effective science communication

This unit will discuss tools, methodology and practical tips for conceptualizing and creating science communication initiatives.

Who is Eligible

This course is open to all health professionals and scientists globally. Participants are eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
