To better support the patients and communities we serve, we’ve partnered with
Progress Place as part of UHN’s Social Medicine Program. Progress Place is a community organization that supports recovery from mental illness through community involvement supported by a network of services. This collaboration will work to educate interested individuals, provide resources and help them connect with Progress Place directly.
Staff from both UHN and Progress Place are available at our weekly kiosk for a brief intake, to provide information and answer questions about their services to anyone interested.
