Our Collection
The type of materials that we collect are in a wide range of formats, including textual documents, photographs and architectural drawings. Apart from unpublished original materials, we also have various hospital publications such as annual reports, newsletters and nursing student yearbooks. In addition to our current member hospitals, records also document Grace Homeopathic Hospital, the Ontario Cancer Institute and the work of noted cardiovascular surgeon W.G. Bigelow. Finding aids are available on-site.
Online descriptions of our material are available through
Archeion, Ontario's Archival Information Network. Search Archeion using "University Health Network" in the Repository Field. You can also search our online
database of archival photographs.
