The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation has announced a five-year deal that will see Scotiabank be the new title sponsor of the annual Scotiabank Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer.

Since the event launched in 2011, it has raised more than $13 million dollars across Canada for cancer research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, one of the world's top five cancer research centres.

"We are honoured to become the title sponsor of the Scotiabank Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer tournament and help champion the work of the Princess Margaret in their effort to conquer cancer through Canada's favourite game," said John Doig, Executive Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer, Scotiabank.

Paul Alofs, President and Chief Executive Officer at The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, says Scotiabank is a leader that exemplifies teamwork and the Foundation is proud to have them as an integral part of Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer.
