As of today, myUHN Patient Portal, the secure website that provides patients and their caregivers with quick and safe access to their UHN personal health record, is available across UHN.
myUHN makes appointments, results reports and clinical documentation available to patients in real-time and also allows patients to share their information with caregivers or family doctor. myUHN also has patient education resource links to help in understanding health information.
myUHN is a demonstration of the organization's new Purpose, Values and Principles in action, exemplifying how the needs of patients come first.
The phased rollout of myUHN began in May 2015. Patients already using it have reported a significantly improved patient experience. Carrie Orfus Gelkopf shares her experience
