It's that time of year again! UHN's annual Flu Campaign kicks off today.
Once again we've partnered with UNICEF Canada for a shot-for-shot initiative. UHN will donate
one measles, tetanus or polio vaccine to a child in need for every flu vaccine received by a UHN staff member, physician, volunteer, student and contract worker.
UHN is also giving five $200 Cadillac Fairview gift cards at the end of this campaign; one for each of the sites. The winners will be determined by a random draw at the end of our four-week Flu Campaign. This gift card is redeemable at Sherway, Fairview, Yorkdale, Don Mills and Square One.

To qualify to win a gift card at your site, take a photo with the "I Fight the Flu 4" sign, located at every flu cart, and submit it through one of the following options:

The Flu Campaign ends Nov. 10. If any UHN staff, physicians, volunteers, students or contract workers still want to get the flu vaccine after, the vaccines will continue to be available at all four Occupational Health and Safety Offices at UHN.
