Dear Colleagues,

The Employee Opinion Pulse Survey starts today and we want to encourage all staff to complete it. This survey is a chance to check the pulse of the organization and hear what YOU think about working at UHN. Along with all our senior management team, I greatly value what you have to say—in the past, UHN has developed many new initiatives thanks to your answers to the Employee Opinion Surveys, such as the creation of the Recognition Committee and awards, expanded wellness opportunities and an enhanced UHN Community intranet site.

This year's survey gives us the opportunity to once again get your feedback and continue to develop new initiatives and make improvements that will help maintain UHN as an employer of choice in the GTA.

The survey runs until Friday, January 28. It is a short survey, which will take only about 10 minutes of your time.

Paper copies of the survey will be available for employees who do not have access to a workplace personal computer. If you need a paper copy, please ask your manager. For paper surveys, drop-off boxes will be set up at the site entrances, in addition to any collection methods you wish to set up in your department/unit.

Survey results are anonymous.
