Starting today, you can access the Employee Opinion Pulse Survey on the Intranet. Paper copies of the survey will be available in your unit or department for those that don't have computer access, however for environmental reasons, we encourage those who can, to complete the survey online.
This anonymous "Pulse Survey" is our quick organization-wide survey that measures your engagement with your work and your experience at UHN. It is a short survey and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The results are extremely valuable as they provide us with your input into our strategic plans, captured in the We theme of our Balanced Score Card. Results will be communicated as soon as they are available.
Your input has a big impact on our ability to retain and attract the best people and contributes to making UHN a great place to deliver care to our patients. Please take a few minutes and complete the survey.
