As in previous years, University Health Network (UHN) is undergoing an external assessment against the progress made in implementing our Information Management (IM) Strategy. This year, Courtyard Group will be conducting the review.
As a hospital leader, UHN values the important role that IM plays in enabling us to achieve our vision of global impact. The external review is an opportunity to review and refine our long-term strategy to ensure it reflects today's health care environment and the needs of our patients and staff who deliver care. This external review assesses our current progress and implementation, building on past reviews from 2001 to 2006.
As part of the review, Courtyard Group will be holding focus groups with a cross-section of staff and inviting feedback from all staff through an online survey. The survey is a great opportunity to provide your perspective on UHN's Information Management processes, letting us know your opinion on what's working and what's not working. Please take a moment to complete it today. The deadline to complete the survey is April 6, 2007. In addition, volunteers will be walking through the units distributing paper copies of the surveys.
