Our UHN programs and services are among the most advanced in the world. We have grouped our physicians, staff, services and resources into 10 medical programs to meet the needs of our patients and help us make the most of our resources.
University Health Network is a health care and medical research organization in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The scope of research and complexity of cases at UHN has made us a national and international source for discovery, education and patient care.
Our 10 medical programs are spread across eight hospital sites – Princess Margaret, Toronto General, Toronto Rehab’s five sites, Toronto Western – as well as our education programs through the Michener Institute of Education at UHN. Learn more about the services, programs and amenities offered at each location.

Ways You Can Help
Being touched by illness affects us in different ways. Many people want to give back to the community and help others. At UHN, we welcome your contribution and offer different ways you can help so you can find one that suits you.
The Newsroom is the source for media looking for information about UHN or trying to connect with one of our experts for an interview. It’s also the place to find UHN media policies and catch up on our news stories, videos, media releases, podcasts and more.
With the holiday season fast approaching, I'm writing to remind you about the alliance between Indigo Books & Music Inc. and University Health Network. Indigo will donate 8.5 per cent of online sales that come through www.uhn.ca/indigo to support UHN's patient education programs.
As you know, our Patient Education Network develops print and online materials to help patients and families learn more about illnesses and treatment. Participation doesn't change the price that you pay for your purchases but will help the Patient Education Network expand their services, print and online materials. When you enter the Indigo website through www.uhn.ca/indigo, 8.5 per cent of your book, music, DVD, toy gift and lifestyle product purchases, before tax and shipping charges, will be donated to UHN.
Here's how to participate:
1. Go to www.uhn.ca/indigo
2. Click on "Go to indigo.ca"
3. Click "Yes" on the transition page to go to Indigo.ca. Shop online as you normally would.
This is the first time a Canadian hospital has worked with a major bookseller in this way. I encourage you to "Bookmark"www.uhn.ca/indigo in your Favourites list and share this link with friends and family members who might be shopping for books, music, DVDs or toys too - the donation applies to any purchases made through our website.
