We are pleased to share with you the
Balanced Scorecard Highlights and Report for the third quarter of the 2012/13 fiscal year.
In this edition of the Balanced Scorecard Highlights, we review a number of measures including the new employee engagement score, our financial results, our Nursing students satisfaction with their clinical placements, our hand hygiene and infection control results and the percent of surgical cancellations at UHN.
We thank all of our staff for their dedication in working towards achieving our targets and look forward to continued success going forward.
