Well, here we are completing another survey for Accreditation—it is still "survey season" for all of us here at UHN. I'm very pleased to report that we've successfully completed two big surveys since the start of the new year, and I thank each and every one of you for your participation.
Last week, we rolled out the next Accreditation survey—the Worklife Survey. The survey will help inform Accreditation Canada about worklife at UHN and help UHN leadership identify strengths and gaps in the quality of your work environment.
Right now, participation is at:

TGH 11%
TWH 12%
The survey continues until March 25. It is a short survey, and takes only 10 minutes to complete. In keeping with our desire to be as green as possible, I encourage you to complete the survey online. Here is how to do it:

For the survey to be valid and counted, it is essential that you complete all the questions.
The link above can also be accessed from the Intranet homepage. If you have trouble with the link, just copy and paste it into your web browser. If you require paper copies please ask your manager, call Accreditation, or pick one up at any of the UHN Site Libraries. Please deposit completed surveys in drop-off boxes at site entrances.
Worklife balance is an important and ongoing priority at UHN, but we need you to tell us how we're doing. I encourage each of you to take a "survey break" today and complete your Accreditation Worklife survey. And please, keep checking the Intranet to see who else gets "caught" completing their survey.
