​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We welcome your feedback, comments about accessibility for people with disabilities at UHN. Any feedback, including questions, concerns, comments or compliments about access at UHN will be followed up within 3-5 business days of receiving the feedback, depending on the situation.

If you are a patient or visitor, please speak with your health care provider directly, or take the matter up with the manager of the unit or the attending physician. If you don't feel satisfied after this, please feel free to contact the Patient Relations office for help​.

If you are a contractor, employee, physician, student or volunteer, please direct your feedback to the UHN Accessibility Advisory Council at Your comments will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate department for follow-up and response.
