What We Do

Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) refers to a group of diseases affecting the tissue and space around the air sacs of the lungs. The ILD program at the UHN is staffed by several physicians and allied health providers with expertise and training in the management of patients with ILD who work together as a team. Your visit will include a number of tests including pulmonary function testing, a 6-minute walk test, blood work and may also include a CT scan of your chest. You will be assessed by several clinicians during your visit.

Your visit to our clinic may include a number of tests, including a 6-minute walk test, a CT scan, blood work and assessments by a respirologist or a rheumatologist. We are also closely linked with UHN's lung transplant program.
