The ELLICSR: Health, Wellness and Cancer Survivorship Centre is a good place to go to find information, meet other survivors, take a class, participate in survivorship research and much more. You can borrow books and DVDs from the resource centre, watch a cooking demonstration in the kitchen or get moving in the gym.
