Patients are admitted to the Cardiac Short Stay Unit on the 5th​ F​loor Munk Building​.

What We Do

A biventricular pacemaker implant involves inserting a small computer-like device and lead system (3 leads) that can treat slow heart rhythms and may help the pumping of the heart chambers.

Biventricular pacemaker implants require anesthesia and monitoring. Patients are admitted for an overnight stay.
