Vending Machines
Location: Main Level across from the elevators with 24-hour access


Newspapers and Mailboxes
A mailbox is located at the driveway entrance on Austin Terrace

Internet, Phone and Television

Wi-fi access is available throughout our site, on the complimentary Guest Wireless Network.

Pay Phones
Client courtesy phones are available on each unit for client use as well as in the family room on the main floor. As your care team for the location of your unit.

Taxi Phones
You can call a taxi from the client courtesy phones on each unit or in the Family Room.

Bedside Phones
Besides phones are not available at Hillcrest. You are welcome to bring your cell phone for use while in the hospital.

A shared television is located in each unit in the patient lounge/dining area.

Information, Security and Lost & Found

Information/Reception Desk

An Information/reception desk is located close to the entrance of Hillcrest.


All Hillcrest staff wear an identification badge.

Security officers are on duty at the reception desk from 8 pm to 8 am. If you notice any suspicious individuals, notify reception or security, and tell your nurse or any other staff member.

Lost & Found

If you have lost something, contact reception or security. If you have found an item, please give it to any staff member or reception or security.

Activities and Relaxation

Public Gardens
Location: There is a covered outside seating area adjacent to the main entrance.

Quiet Space
There is a family room available on the main floor which can be booked for family meetings or events. There is also quiet space available on each unit for client and family use.
