 What We Do

You will be seen by a psychiatrist on your first visit. As we are a teaching hospital, you could also be seen by a resident in psychiatry. We provide a psychiatric assessment with treatment recommendations. Our treatment model is brief and based on an episode of care. A report will be made available to your referring or family doctor regarding your care with us. Psychiatrists may refer you to a Mental Health Clinician who will assess you for group therapy. Individual therapy and system navigation may be offered based on assessment. All mental Health Clinician services are time-limited.
