Overview

Eligibility Requirements:
Kinesiology students (3rd year, 4th year, post graduates, or masters students).

Duration:
Dependent on the placement requirements of the school the students are applying from.

Funding Requirements:
Not applicable.

Clinical Components:

  • Exercise prescription for oncology patients
  • Fitness assessments skills
  • Running group classes

Research Components:
Dependent on projects running at the time. If there are research, students will most likely be involved in the intervention.

Education/Teaching Components:

  • Observing education classes as part of group classes regarding side effects from treatment
  • Observing other professions within our team
