Everyday interdisciplinary teams come together at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre to treat and support patients and their families battling cancer.

Today, on World Cancer Day, they're coming together for one more reason.

Staff, volunteers and patients at the Princess Margaret are raising awareness for World Cancer Day, an international day founded by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).

This year's theme is "We can. I can." It's about how everyone – as a collective or as individuals – can do their part to reduce the global burden of cancer.

Watch how we can raise awareness and lend support.
