Complex Continuing Care and Rehabilitation Program

Welcome to the Complex Continuing Care and Rehab Program at Bickle - UHN, one of the leading hospitals in Canada for people living with one or more complex medical conditions at a time. In the complex continuing care program, our interdisciplinary team has special expertise in providing compassionate care to individuals with chronic and potentially disabling disorders such as traumatic brain injury, quadriplegia, stroke, dementia, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. In the rehabilitation program, we are committed to helping patients recover from injuries, medically complex conditions, neurological diseases, and recent organ transplants so that they are able to regain their strength, physical abilities and independence.
