What We Do

The Family Support program can help families and caregivers who are supporting a loved one with a mental illness. We can help you better understand your loved one’s illness and how to support them and yourself as a caregiver. We provide individual and group psycho-education services in the Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions Services at Toronto Western Hospital. We can connect you with local community resources and provide practical tools to support and empower you and your loved one.
