At the Donald K. Johnson Eye Institute, located at Toronto Western Hospital, which is part of the University
Health Network, more than 50 clinicians and scientists are working together at the forefront of innovation,
conducting cutting-edge research and developing new treatments for blindness and vision loss. The Institute is
home to one of the largest and most comprehensive clinical eye programs in North America, with more than 120,800
patient visits across nine clinics/services and over 6,000 surgeries performed every year. Learn more about our
