UHN Residents, Fellows, Medical Students, Physician Assistants, Physician Assistant Learners, Advance Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioner Learners, Dentists and Staff Physicians complete UHN Electronic Patient Record (EPR) training through the EPR for Providers eLearning course.
Attention all LEARNERS (including Residents, Fellows, Medical Students, Nurse Practitioner Learners and Physician Assistant Learners),
you must register in
UMLearns, UHN’s Learner registration database,
before completing the EPR training and knowledge check; so that your knowledge check results will be loaded into UMLearns.

OnlineComplete all applicable training online, through a simulated EPR environment. The online component includes learning demonstration modules, interactive practice modules, as well as a knowledge check. Follow the course completion steps outlined within the course, upon passing the knowledge check, to obtain your EPR access.
The online training will take approximately 2 hours depending on the learner.
MOEMAR includes electronic Medication Order Entry and Non-MOEMAR does not include electronic Medication Order Entry. Please confirm with your supervisor if you are unsure of which version of the course you should complete, or contact
