​Many people living with a brain tumour feel worried, sad or stressed at various stages of their cancer journey. Relaxation exercises may help you cope with both everyday stress and stress that you may be feeling about your health.

To learn more about relaxation exercises, an occupational therapist can work with you one-on-one during an individual relaxation therapy session or you can attend the weekly drop-in relaxation group at the Pencer Brain Tumour Centre.
