Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals in a postdoctoral fellowship with an oncology focus in a research lab affiliated with Princess Margaret Cancer Centre for the 2022-2023 academic year
Note: Priority will be given to more senior fellows (have been a postdoctoral fellow for more than 2 years).
- Fellowship must have an oncology focus, with a demonstrated connection to the cancer program at the University Health Network
- Must be able to commit to attending all program sessions and have approval from their PI (see schedule)
Curriculum
All sessions are planned to be held in-person as the COVID situation permits. Hybrid format will be an option.
Topics will be focused on the following core themes:

- Team Management and Leading Change
- Scientific Communication
