​A mailbox is located at the driveway entrance on Austin Terrace​​

Internet, Phone and​​ Televis​​ion

Wi-Fi access is available throughout our site, on the complimentary Guest Wireless Network. Ask Reception or unit staff for password

​Pay Phones
Client curtesy phones are available on each unit for client use as well as in the family room on the main floor. As your care team for the location on your unit.

​Taxi Phones
You can call a taxi from the client courtesy phones on each unit or in the Family Room

Bedside Phones
There are no bedside phones available, clients can bring personal cellphones.

Television
A shared television is located on each unit in the patient lounge /dining area.​

Information, Security​​ and Lost & Foun​​d

Information /Reception Desk

An Information /reception desk is located close to the entrance of Hillcrest.

Sec​​urity

All Hillcrest staff wear an identification badge.

Security officers are duty at the reception desk from 8pm to 8am. If you notice any suspicious individuals, notify reception /security and tell your nurse or any other staff member.

Lost ​​& Found

If you have lost something, contact reception /security. If you have found an item, please give it to any staff member or reception /security.

Activi​​ties an​​d Relaxation

Public Gardens
Location: There is a covered outside seating area adjacent to the main entrance.

Quiet Space
There is a family room available on the main floor and can be booked for family meetings or events. There is also quiet space available on each unit for client and family use.
