Meet the Staff
Gerri Grant, Executive Director
In March 2004, Gerri joined the Foundation with considerable management experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Since becoming a member of the team, Gerri has made a point of understanding the increasing prevalence of arthritis in Canada and its considerable economic burden to Canadian society. To this end, she endeavours to communicate the value of funding arthritis and related autoimmune research.

Gerri appreciates the musculoskeletal benefits of golf and gardening in her spare time.
Joy Davidson, Director of Development
Joy joined the Foundation in April 2009, having worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 10 years in increasingly senior positions with experience in development, project management, marketing, human resources and information technology. At AARCF Joy is responsible for Leadership and Major Gifts. Joy is active in her community and has been a member of various local and community boards.
Erin Moraghan, Senior Development Officer
Erin joined the AARC Foundation in spring of 2005 after spending several years as an event planning and marketing consultant in the corporate sector. Erin works with individuals, charitable foundations and corporate donors interested in supporting arthritis and autoimmune disorder research, She is committed to reaching the next generation with the important message of protecting your musculoskeletal health by staying fit and healthy.

When not at work Erin spends time at the gym, practicing yoga, and canoe tripping in Algonquin Park.
Jess McIntyre, Development Coordinator
Jess joined the AARC Foundation in the spring of 2008, and is thrilled to be working with such a diverse, passionate, and enthusiastic team, to help build awareness about arthritis and autoimmune diseases. A recent graduate of the University of Toronto with a background in history and political science, Jess is excited to branch out, learning the business of a foundation as well as how medical research affects patient care.

Jess enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, walking, golfing and swimming. She also loves to read, and travel.
