The following eLearning module will walk physicians through practical steps they can take to protect patient safety throughout their day.
Completion of the following module is required for credentialing to the hospital at which you are appointed.
Privacy for Physicians 2015 Core Module
All physicians at UHN must complete the
"Privacy for Physicians 2015 Core Module" either before first accessing ConnectingGTA or before October 1, 2015, whichever comes first. Include your CPSO number in the quiz completion section. Quiz completion will be tracked to ensure adherence to UHN’s privacy standards of excellence. All users must complete the survey that follows successful completion of the quiz, and are encouraged to print a copy of their completion certificate as backup confirmation (printing a “print-screen” copy might be required).
Note that this module contains ADDITIONAL information required for you to access electronic patient records at UHN created by other hospitals. Refresher privacy training modules may be available in future.
