An equity action is anything and everything we do at UHN to prevent, reduce, or interrupt instances of discrimination and harassment. This includes everything we do to ensure the best quality of care for patients irrespective of demographic characteristics such as race, ethnicity, language, gender, income level, sexual orientation, disability status, and more.
