Take advantage of our $7 and $10 meals that will really give you more bang for your UHN food buck!  We provide menus that are trendy and affordable.  From a continental breakfast to a working board room lunch, from an outdoor barbecue, to a formal reception, your selection will be prepared fresh daily with our passion to deliver the best.

If you are looking to have an outstanding event, you will need outstanding staff.  We pride ourselves on providing delicious food and excellent service in a fun professional manner.  We are a dynamic group of experienced event planners, creative kitchen experts and attentive serving staff who are certified Food Handlers and SmartServe certified.  Our reputation is built on providing personalized service and first class food.  Our flexibility and creativity allows us to provide a much needed service to the UHN community.

We are Environmentally aware…
Core catering will provide not just the food but also event setup, including linen choices, china, glassware, staff, bartenders, wine selection and flowers. Core catering has gone GREEN!  We currently use 100% biodegradable cups and as per the UHN policy we no longer use plastic water bottles to stay environmentally friendly.  We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint and align ourselves with UHN’s initiatives.

Please note

• To ensure we can accomodate your request, kindly provide 24 hour notice.

• A $25 late charge will apply to same day orders and orders placed after 12 p.m. for next-day delivery.
  

• Appropriate equipment is supplied with catering orders. Lost or damaged items will be billed to the client. It is the responsibility of the person ordering catering to ensure all items are returned and to phone catering if any equipment has been moved from the function room.
  

• Cancellation of a function requires 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
  

We require 2 weeks notice for all liquor orders.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulates that an Core Catering Smart Serve certified bartender must be present when alcohol is served.
Kindly allow 2 weeks notice to make staffing arrangements.
