Home Peritoneal Dialysis Unit

This unit provides education and training to help patients and family members perform peritoneal dialysis independently at home, using either the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis technique (CAPD) or the automated peritoneal dialysis (APD) technique.

Our services:

• clinic visits to follow home peritoneal dialysis patients
• drop-in visits
• phone follow-up for patients, seven days a week, and on-call after hours
