Students - Using the UHN eLearning Centre

Each undergraduate student and clinical faculty member is entitled to access eLearning courses through the UHN eLearning centre at no charge. There are several coursesespecially clustered in the Student Nurses menu of the course catalogue.

Access to eLearning courses is available through the eLearning Centre 24-hours, 7-days a week - whenever you need it! To use the eLearning Centre, you will need a computer with Internet access, your user id and password.

If you need access to a computer to complete your eLearning courses, one option is to use the computers in the Nursing Centre at each UHN hospital site. You may also use your home computer, your university’s computer lab, or other public access computers with internet access.

Your individual user ID and initial password and specific eLearning course requirements will be sent to you by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail message with your user ID and password one week before your placement begins, please contact the Nursing Education Department.
