Join MFP this week in conversation with Judith Hart, now adds nursing education to her corporate nursing practice portfolio. Judith shares practice insights that arose from her “Hart Report” of observations of nursing at UHN. Many ideas and suggestions are now implemented within point of care teams through the professional nursing practice council. Judith looks forward to her continued collaboration with the corporate education team in promoting nursing education and practice at UHN.

In her retirement farewell address to all UHN staff, Mary reflects on her career and accomplishments while at UHN in respect to research, leadership and innovation outcomes. Mary shares how each aspect of nursing allowed our profession to fly among all health care disciplines in reaching our potential, but now bids farewell as she flies toward active retirement goals and personal interests.
