If your patient needs immediate, urgent care, please call 911 or direct your patient to proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.
To complete an urgent referral, you must make direct contact with the appropriate physician. If you do not know which physician to refer your patient to, please call Kim Moffat (Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Urology) at 416 946 2899 or call UHN Locating at 416 340 3155 and ask for the urologist on call. You will be directed to the correct physician.
Please note: All suspected cases of testicular torsion, priapism, sepsis secondary to urinary obstruction, trauma, testicular masses and renal mass with inferior vena cava (IVC) involvement are considered urgent referrals.
